PAYMENT TERMS
A 40% deposit is required to secure your work slot. Any materials related to the work must be paid for in advance. The balance is payable upon completion of the works. I can also offer Finance upon request!



12 MONTH GUARANTEE
All my work comes with a 12-month Guarantee (for my labour), so you can be assured of a reyt good quality job. I also have £1,000,000 Public & Products Liability Insurance Cover with Zurich Insurance.

    This 'Garage to Home Office' conversion took 6 weeks to complete and featured: custom cabinetry, LED lighting, shelving, bespoke poster artwork and laminate flooring. Work included: Stud work, boarding, plastering, electrics, flooring & painting.

    PROCESS

    Simply start by completing my online form or call: 07761 142 759.

    01. REVIEW & QUOTE

    I will review your request, and send a quote via email (together with any supporting questions).

    Once you’ve accepted the quote (valid for 30 days from date of email), you’ll be added to the schedule where you’ll pay a 40% deposit to hold that date.

    02. CONFIRM & START

    I arrive at your property, confirm the requested work and get on with business.

    I offer a one-year warranty on my labour so that you can be assured of the quality.

    03. CLEAN UP & ACCEPT

    I clean any debris and wipe down any surfaces affected by the works, leaving your property as I found it.

    Finally, you’ll sign my ‘Acceptance of Works’ form, which includes free entry into my annual Yorkshire Handyman Giveaway*, where the lucky winner will receive a Harvey Nichols Christmas Hamper.
